It looks Like Christmas

We woke up this morning to six inches of fresh snow. It looks so beautiful and gets you into the spirit of Christmas.
These are some of the pieces that came out of the kiln on Sunday. I was pretty happy with the results. I also made more hearts and star ornaments so I will be putting on the beads and string today.

Getting ready for Christmas

This is what came out of the kiln the other day. I really liked using some of the stains on the sculpted pieces.
I have been having a lot of fun making pieces for the Christmas
 sale.
This year I am not opening the studio on a specific day, if anyone would like to stop by they can just give me a call or send me an e-mail and we will set-up a time that works for both of us.
Thanks

Birch tree pottery

This is what came out of the kiln on Monday. We were really happy with the way the birch trees turned out and some of the new pieces we are working on. We did have two big pieces that cracked so they will just be for display. Life happens !!

This is what came out of the kiln today.
We were excited to see some of the new glaze combinations. I think you will be seeing us doing some more pieces with the birch trees . We both liked how they turned out. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you are enjoying the fall weather.
